The whole mould production process takes use of globally advanced CAD/CAM/CAE mould development and design system, CNC processing center, slow thread-processing cutters, electric ***rk machine and other precise mould producing equipment.Most moulds we produce weigh between 30kg and 1.5 tons.We are familiar with all kinds of features of plastic materials, such as PC+ABS, LCP, nylon, POM, ABS, PBT, PET, PC, PPS, TPE and TPR. We can also produce thermosetting plastic and bakelite (with a special workshop for that). With independent import & export right for foreign business.
